How a session runs.
Every session starts with a real problem a member is navigating — not a keynote. The format is peer-to-peer dialogue, occasionally anchored by a practitioner guest who has solved the problem being discussed. No slide decks, no product demos, no Q&A panels where vendors answer questions about the challenges they sell solutions to.
