How we handle your invitation request.
This notice covers the details you give us when you ask for a seat at one of our Europe 2026 dinners: what we collect, why, where it is kept, who can see it, how long we keep it and how to reach us.
Who we are
The Commercial Excellence Consortium™, powered by Demand Metric, hosts these dinners and decides how your details are used. Jesse Hopps, its founder, reviews each request.
What we collect
Your name, company, job title and work email, the dinner and night you choose, and anything you write in the note.
If you arrived through a link with campaign tags, such as a link in a LinkedIn post, we record those tags with your request. The page keeps them in your browser until you close the tab, so that it can send them with the form.
We do not use cookies, and no analytics or advertising service is connected to these pages. To stop the form being abused, the server counts recent requests from each IP address, in memory only, for ten minutes. The companies that host these pages also keep standard server logs, which include IP addresses, to run and secure their services.
Why we use it
To review your request, plan each table, contact you about the dinner you chose and send you one acknowledgment email. We do not publish your details or share them with vendors or sponsors.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running these invitation-only dinners, which you ask to join when you send the form.
Where it is kept, and who can see it
Your request is stored in a database that Supabase runs for us, on servers in the United States. The two emails about it are sent through Google Workspace, and Railway hosts these pages. These providers handle your details on our behalf. At the Consortium, only the people who plan the dinners can read your request.
Because the database is in the United States, your details leave the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Supabase and Google handle them under data processing terms that include safeguards for international transfers, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Twelve months after you send it, your request is deleted from the database automatically. The notification email about it stays in our email account with the rest of our business correspondence.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we have about you, to correct them or to have them deleted, and you can object to how we use them. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes
If we change how we handle requests, we will update this page and the date at the top.
