My AI Tech Stack

I use AI to run the Commercial Excellence Consortium basically solo.

When I started, I thought I’d need to hire at least 5 people to help me:

• A designer • A video editor • A content writer • A web developer • A social media manager

But, as I got into the work, I realized I was wrong.

My AI coach helped me find tools to do each of the ‘jobs-to-be-done’ I needed without hiring (or waiting on) anyone to execute.

In many cases I can actually do a job faster than it would have taken to provide instructions to a contractor to do it for me.

This has allowed me to:

• Build the group to 250+ members • Promote and moderate 9 executive roundtables with VP executives at large global enterprises • Generate significant interest in the work my team is doing to serve clients
