The “Inspire, Reflect, Apply” Bullseye
A three-phase model that hands people more agency at every step — the opposite of how most programs tighten the screws.

Key Insight
When Roy, a Head of ComEx we work with, describes how he runs transformation, it boils down to 3 phases:
Inspire, Reflect, Apply.
What I find interesting about the framing is that each phase gives the participant MORE agency than the one before, not less. That's the opposite of how most transformation programs work, where each phase tightens the screws.
• Inspire: here's where the company is going. Here's what's possible and some examples from other organizations. We're showing you the destination, so you'll figure out how to get there.
• Reflect: a safe, peer-level environment to surface what's actually getting in your way. No bosses in the room or wrong answers.
• Apply: pick a problem you genuinely care about, form a small team, work it for 90 days with coaching from people who've done your job, then present what you learned and what you need to leadership.
Three phases with more autonomy at every step. The exact opposite of how the standard playbook works. All mapped out above.
More one-look frameworks are published to the library as they're finished.
