Diagnose the Coalition, Not the Tech

One leader said most mid-to-large companies are using their AWS, Microsoft, and Salesforce stacks at maybe 10% of their full capabilities.

The gap isn't tools, but what I call “Transformation Theatre”.

Plenty of visible activity, like pilots, workshops, vendor demos, task forces, and minimal mindset and behavior change.
